Our BNI group – BNI Endeavour (Ware) – have been very supportive of us since we became their charity at the beginning of 2022, and recently asked Ros (Secretary and Communications) to present to them any further practical steps they could take to support LAKPA.
In a presentation to them last Thursday morning she asked them to identify contacts that they had in local businesses and services who could be approached to lend their support to us; she also again stressed the vital importance of spreading the word about organ donation.
The talk was very well received – a number of donations were made on the day – and Ros will be following up all the feedback and possible contacts.
